The innovative optoNCDT 1750 laser triangulation sensor from Micro-Epsilon attains new levels of performance. Advanced sensor technology makes the compact and universal sensor best in its class. Default presets provide ease of use, high precision results and time savings. The optoNCDT 1750 laser triangulation sensor is used in automation technology, electronics production, machine building and the automotive industry.
scanCONTROL laser profile scanners are among the highest performing profile sensors in the world, equipped with an integrated, powerful controller that calculates the two-dimensional surface profiles. Even with a moving sensor or target, a 3D profile of the target can be generated. Set up and configuration of the measured values is carried out via the Configuration Tools PC software, which enables, for example, the measurement of steps, angles and grooves.
thermoIMAGER TIM microscope lens
Thanks to the new microscope lens from Micro-Epsilon, the thermoIMAGER TIM 450 and TIM 640 high resolution thermal imaging cameras can detect temperature differences of the smallest of objects. The microscope lens has been developed for PCB temperature measurements, PCB assembly monitoring or for inspecting micro-sized solder and weld joints.
High precision 3D surface inspection and measurement
The reflectCONTROL, surfaceCONTROL and scanCONTROL systems from Micro-Epsilon are innovative high-tech solutions for mat and shiny surfaces. From a complete car body to a single painted part – surfaces can be inspected inline for surface deviations to the smallest of details. These modern systems enable automatic 100% control directly in the processing line.
colorCONTROL ACS7000 is one of the most advanced inline color measuring systems in the world. Unlike conventional technologies, this system recognizes colors not just by comparing them to reference values, but also by using the reflection spectrum to ensure unique identification. Due to the extremely high measurement accuracy, the system is also applied in laboratories and in industrial production. For simplified process integration, an Ethernet / EtherCAT port is provided. The system is equipped with three different sensor heads intended for different measurement tasks.
wireSENSOR WPS-MK 88 U45R
Compared to draw-wire sensors based on a conventional potentiometer, the new wireSENSOR WPS-MK88 U45R with a non-contact potentiometer achieves 8 times more working cycles, which extends the sensor’s service life to its maximum. This new technology combined with a robust plastic housing and a favorable price/performance ratio, sets new standards in terms of economic efficiency.
mainSENSOR MDS-40-D18-S1 / MDS-35-M12-SA-HT
The magneto-inductive displacement sensors are wear- and maintenance-free. As well as for displacement and distance measurements, these sensors are also used in rotational speed measurement of e.g. shafts and large gear wheels. Designed with a clamp fastener, e.g. for applications in hydraulic cylinders, the new MDS-40-D18-SA sensors are integrated into a robust stainless steel housing. They are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for high volume industrial applications based on an optimized price/performance ratio.
Another new product is the magneto-inductive MDS-35-M12-SA-HT sensor which is also housed in robust stainless steel but is specially designed for high ambient temperatures up to 120 °C. These sensors are available either with integrated cable or with a connector.
The optoCONTROL 2520-46(090) extends the product range of optical precision micrometers. With the receiver able to rotate by 90°, the micrometer is ideal for installations with limited space. Furthermore, it is classified as laser class 1M and includes an integrated controller. Configuration is via a user-friendly web interface.
